Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Artistic Greenery containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will attempt to send your goods via Smart Send (www.smartsend.com.au/) or Australia Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

The basic postage within Australia is $16.99 per order. However, for some larger parcels and/or remote regions, the postage may be higher. Artistic Greenery will contact you to pay for the difference, if there is a significant discrepancy for the postage (i.e. if the difference is over $15, we will provide the proof for excess of postage from our courier company upon request). If you think the postage is too high and you would rather cancel the order, we fully understand and we will cancel the order for you and give you a 100% refund. However, we are unable to cancel any orders if you purely change your mind.
