We can only offer a refund if a mistake has been made on our behalf and a product that you did not order has been mistakenly shipped to you. All applications for return of goods should be made to Artistic Greenery within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us beforehand and we will reply with confirmation and further instructions. If the good is damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your merchandise and send us a photo of damaged goods in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We will send you replacement parts or replacement product as soon as possible once it has been assessed.
We do not accept returns simply because colours may vary due to computer screen settings or lighting at time of photos taken.
This return and refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and 20% restocking fee will apply. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration or insurance with your postal carrier. Artistic Greenery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
